2002 News

Our squad members proudly display their trophies after a very successful trip to the 2nd JKI Scottish Open Karate Championships held in December 2002 in Glasgow.

The squad took first place in the Men's Team Kumite and in the Junior Team Kata.

In addition, they gained two 1st places, four 2nd places, two 3rd places and a 4th place in Individual events.

To round off the successes, they also took the event's overall Senior Grand Champion and overall Junior Grand Champion trophies.
